FTP - Daily Double A - 2/15/2007

Just busted out of this.

After the first break, I had 3600 chips, which is about the average stack.

Here comes the boring-ass hand history.

So yeah, went from average stack to IGH. Such is the pitfall of No-Limit Hold'em. I'm such a fucking donk.

Mistake one: not recognizing the 2 spades on the flop.
Mistake two: not pushing with trips. If I was going to bet any significant amount, I'd have to go all in because not going all in would leave me pot committed anyway.
Mistake three: not recognizing the third spade on the river. I was all excited about turning trips that I didn't see what other hands could develop.

I suck at this game. Which means, of course, I should invest more money by going to Foxwoods this weekend and attempting the FPC Super Satellite.
