First Post!

So yeah.

My name is Joe, and this is my poker blog. I write in an actual blog on my web site http://averagejoe.cc, but that blog is more about my real life, and I doubt people who are interested in my real life would be interested in my poker life and vice-versa. Hence, separate blogs.

So, let me talk about me and my poker experiences. I learned how to play in college just in 2003 along with everyone else who watched Chris Moneymaker win the 2003 WSOP Main Event. Since it was only a couple of weeks before aired, it's just easier to say I started at the same time as a lot of other people. I went to school in Binghamton, and would play online at PartyPoker, and live at Turning Stone once or twice a year. I played limit hold'em both online and live because I was a poor college student and didn't want to risk money in No Limit.

Nowadays, I play on FullTilt at either the .25/.50 NL Hold'em cash tables, the 5+.50 or 10+1 NL Hold'em SNGs. I'll occasionally play one of the Daily Double tournaments. My username on FTP is the same as my blogger username.

That's all.
